Welcome to No Spam AI! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the No Spam AI plugin and related services (the “Service”). By using the plugin, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Overview

No Spam AI is an AI-powered spam detection plugin for Gravity Forms, offered through WordPress.org. Users must create an account at nospamai.com to access and manage spam detection settings.

2. Plans & Usage

  • Free Plan: Includes up to 15 spam-checked form submissions per month.

  • Starter/Pro Plans: Required if you exceed the 15 submissions/month limit.

  • Commercial Use: You may use the plugin for commercial purposes.

Because we incur AI-related costs for each scan, free usage is limited, and we may upgrade your plan automatically if limits are exceeded.

3. Account Requirements

To use No Spam AI, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Data Storage

Submissions flagged as spam are stored in your dashboard for review. Data is retained unless you contact us at support@nospamai.com to request deletion. By using the service, you consent to this data storage.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel a paid plan at any time through the Billing section of your dashboard. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including unused portions of a plan.

6. Accuracy of Filtering

Our AI is powerful, but not perfect. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy in spam filtering and we are not liable for missed spam or incorrectly flagged submissions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, No Spam AI is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our service, including lost data or missed submissions.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
